The Ministry of District Administration, Works, Land and Agriculture has given the go-ahead to begin major expansion work on Elgin Avenue this month.
Phase One of the National Roads Authority (NRA)’s Hell Road improvement plan is well underway, with the entire project scheduled for completion by mid-August.
