The Passport and Corporate Services Office (P&CSO) will be open for extended hours (8:30a.m. to 4:00p.m.) Monday to Friday, as of 3 January 2012. Encouraging clients to take advantage of these new options, P&CSO Manager Janice McLean said, “Our extended hours and website enhancements aim to improve public convenience, choice and flexibility.”
P&CSO’s presence has also been enhanced on the Department of Immigration website: www.immigration.gov.ky . The site now includes a complete guide to P&CSO services, in addition to having all immigration application forms and related information.
Public queries or comments on passports and related issues may also be sent by email to passport&corporate [at] gov [dot] ky. These messages will be answered within two business days.
