(L) Foster parent Ann Haven and Aall Foundation representative Sophia Harris check out the new vehicle.

Long-time foster parent Ann Haven today (Thursday, 15 September) received a new Hyundai vehicle – courtesy of the Aall Foundation – which will assist her in caring for foster children in her care, including some with special needs.

Ms. Haven currently has eight children in her care, from two to 15 years old.

Although she earlier served for years as an informal “parent”, she has been an official foster parent for over 27 years, caring for more than 70 children of different ages including some with special needs, during that time.

The Aall Foundation is a charitable trust established in the Cayman Islands in 1982 on behalf of Norwegian benefactors. The 9-seater “H1” van was ordered by Prestige Motors.
