Department of Immigration officers -- including Stafford Millwood (L) and Harry Forbes -- are currently posting signs in public places to announce July’s immigration amnesty.

A one-month prosecution-free amnesty period becomes effective tomorrow (Thursday, 1 July) and will continue through Sunday, 1 August.

During this period persons presently in the Cayman Islands illegally may depart the country without fear of prosecution.
