UCCI President Endorses Census 2010

Census statistics allow governments to prioritise when critical budget decisions have to be made, UCCI President Roy Bodden said on Tuesday (21 September).

Mr. Bodden was with first and second year students who helped Census 2010 staff put up a Census poster on the campus notice board.

“Having access to accurate statistics is a key prerequisite in planning, particularly for the long term,” he stressed. Statistics guide all infrastructural development strategies, including determining educational priorities.

“So I encourage everyone in the Cayman Islands to be counted,” he added.
