This winning image was submitted by local youngster Kali Pereira, in the Human Rights photo contest.
The youth competition was held by the Cayman Islands Commissions Secretariat last December, in observance of International Human Rights Day.
Constitution Week celebrations kick off on Constitution Day, Monday, 4 July, a public holiday. Under the theme, Embracing our Constitution, the week will include informative media appearances and a Government House reception for persons directly involved in implementing constitutional provisions.
